Onboarding pricing starts at $1,500 for single location medical spas. Onboarding pricing scales up as you add multiple pipelines, multiple locations, and add advanced configurations. Please request a quote for exact pricing of onboarding for your practice.
Overview
Your Aesthetix CRM Essentials Onboarding experience is designed to be smooth, efficient, and fully tailored to your practice. Our goal is to have you up and running within 30 days of sign-up, with clear milestones every step of the way.
During Essentials Onboarding (Weeks 0–4), our team will guide you through data collection, system setup, training, and testing to ensure your CRM is configured to your business information and ready for launch.
Following launch, you’ll transition from Onboarding to Customer Success—where you will have advanced onboarding add-on options, resources for optimization, and best practice guides and courses to help you get measurable results and long-term value from Aesthetix CRM.Â
We typically allow up to 60 days for full implementation, but this timeline may vary depending on your business needs and the time invested in completing onboarding tasks. Please note that Essentials Onboarding extending beyond this 60-day window due to client delays may be subject to additional fees.

Setup Items Supported by Aesthetix CRM:
While the features below are included in the Essentials Onboarding implementation, setup will follow standard documentation provided in the help center and customization requests must be submitted for consideration separately. Many features include templates for easy client customization. *Indicates the feature or setup may require an additional fee or subscription. After the initial setup is complete, as specified in the Onboarding Intake Form, a change fee may be associated with any modification requests.
