What Is Included, and What Is Not
What does the $299 add-on actually cover?
Unlimited Conversation AI across every channel, unlimited Voice AI agent minutes (inbound, outbound, and widget), unlimited Reviews AI responses, and unlimited Content AI generation, all subject to fair use. Ask AI and AI Studio include three times the standard usage allotment.
What is not included?
Agent Studio is not included in the add-on and is billed as usage. Premium Workflow AI Actions, including Decision Maker, Intent Detection, Summarize Text, and Translate, are billed per execution. Usage beyond the Ask AI and AI Studio allotments is billed at cost. Rates are on our credit pricing page.
Are unlimited voice minutes the same as free calls?
No, and this is the distinction worth understanding. Unlimited Voice AI covers the AI agent. It does not cover the phone line. Calls still incur per-minute telephony, call recording, and carrier charges at the published rates, in addition to any third-party pass-through fees under Section 9E of our Terms.
What does "subject to fair use" mean?
Unlimited use is governed by the fair use policy in Section 20B of our Terms of Service. If usage is excessive, abusive, or negatively impacts the platform, we may throttle, limit, or require an upgrade. In normal practice use you will not encounter it.
Can the AI handle Protected Health Information?
No. AI features are not approved for processing Protected Health Information, and PHI should not be entered into AI chats or prompts. These tools are built for productivity, patient communication, and marketing. Your practice remains responsible for supervision, configuration, and compliance with your own policies. Who is responsible for what the AI says?
You are. AI agents are automated systems, not employees, and you are responsible for configuring them accurately, supervising their interactions, and reviewing performance. The full allocation of responsibility is in Section 20B of our Terms of Service.
