Good To Know
- Next Visit Date syncs as a date only. Appointment times are not carried across.
- Closed invoices can occasionally duplicate, so Patient Lifetime Value may read high until reconciled.
- Date of birth arrives in a custom Zenoti Birthday field, because the native one is not writable over the API.
